It’s hard to make too many predictions right now. Justice Kennedy will likely write the opinion in Melendez-Diaz (November) because Justice Scalia wrote two opinions from the January sitting. This chart will become increasingly useful as the Court hands down an avalanche of cases between now and the end of June.
