I saw that Casey Fronczek is offering fishing trips now down in south Florida. Does anybody have any input on these trips or has anyone been on one of these trips before?

As an attorney, I get to see law from a different angle and I have noticed, when it comes to criminal law, common sense seems to have left the building. At least thats the way it appears sitting from my defense table. Defendants are often misinformed that the State is going to see them as a person instead of as a case number and that mitigating factors that make each case different are going to be considered. Not true. Look at Genarlow Wilson from Georgia.

Does anyone know if Summum had a presence in pleasant grove before they tried to donate the monument? If anyone knows can they please contact me, em.mercer@yahoo.com. I am a law student in a Supreme Court Role play class and am hearing OA’s as Justice Kennedy tomorrow night- so curious.
