Does anyone know if Summum had a presence in pleasant grove before they tried to donate the monument? If anyone knows can they please contact me, em.mercer@yahoo.com. I am a law student in a Supreme Court Role play class and am hearing OA’s as Justice Kennedy tomorrow night- so curious.

From an e-mail from the ACLJ -

These words were penned by Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the ACLJ (American Center for Law & Justice) on 10/7/08.

Does anyone know the current status of this case? I want to make sure I keep tabs on this. Should I wait to check back in the fall after all briefs are completed?
