Supreme Court to Promptly Release DC v. Heller Oral Arguments

Heller scheduled for March 18. Oral arguments should be online an hour or so after oral arguments conclude and we’ll have analysis as soon as they come online. You should be able to listen to the audio on C-SPAN online or on your TV.
The Court followed the same expedited procedure earlier this term with Boumediene v. Bush and Baze v. Rees.
