It looks like all of the court watchers were right. Chief Justice Roberts is going to hand down the school discrimination cases very, very soon. I’m working on a post about them right now. Until then…
I think I have a problem- I read the news too often. On top of reading (skimming) the WSJ (hard newspaper) I read each of these every second through my trusty RSS feeder.
